Corporate Matching

We want to encourage you to check with your employer to see if a matching program is available. Many offer this service and it doubles your contribution!

• Your donation is tax-deductible
• $5,200 supports student transportation and grade level field trips and guest speakers
• $1,000 goes to celebrate Fall and Spring parties
• $1,200 supports Junior Achievement / Biz Town
• $1,950 funds family events such as Bingo Night, Movie Night, and Breakfast with Your Bear, giving our students and families a sense of pride and community

BoxTops for Education:  BoxTops for Education are now all digital through the Box Tops app. The app makes it easy to earn cash for Ballwin Elementary PSO by scanning your grocery receipts with your phone. Search for Ballwin Elementary School once in the app and make every shopping trip count.

Making your TAX DEDUCTIBLE donation is easy! 100% of all funds donated outside of the fundraiser will go directly back to your children and improve their educational experience through PSO efforts. You are welcome to send donations in via check to:

Ready, Set... Give!

The Boosterthon fundraiser event, the Fun Run, is Ballwin Elementary PSO's primary fundraiser for the 2023-24 school year. Donations are collected prior to the main event through the Boosterthon's website: MyBooster.com. This year's Fun Run was an amazing success on October 9th, 2023. We are so grateful to our Ballwin families for their financial support of this wonderful fundraiser that allows so many wonderful things to be provided to our students and staff throughout the school year. Through your efforts, we are able to provide Ballwin family events, equipment for the school, transportation to field trips, teacher support, and so many other things!
